Tech After Five is growing in ways that we never expected. We consider ourselves lucky to see each and every one of you at our events.
Once again we had a great crowd at the BlackFinn American Saloon for Tech After Five in Charlotte. Thanks to Robin Blackwood for helping out both with the logistics and photos. Clearly neither the impending Thanksgiving Holiday nor the cold drizzle in Charlotte kept people from coming out and getting some networking going.
Tech After Five events are filled with companies large and small, people looking for jobs and people looking to hire. Inside the room is certainly the next big thing as well as the guy who could fund it. Our launch in Charlotte was the largest city launch in Tech After Five history. 150 tech minded individuals signed up for the first ever Tech After Five in the Queen City.
We’re ready to do it again.

The Charleston edition of BarCamp is taking place November 13th at the College of Charleston.
The “Adhoc, user generated unconference where participation, not observation, is key” event is focused on using an open environment for collaboration. Nerds and geeks of all varieties are encouraged and expected to attend. (There’s even a niche for bacon enthusiasts. Who would miss out on that?)
