Charlotte, NC

Tech After Five is a networking event designed to exclusively connect tech entrepreneurs and professionals and the people that can help them advance toward their goals. The sooner you are on the registration list the sooner we can help you connect with the people you need to. When you register you’ll provide your name and what you’re looking for. Once you’re done registering, your name will appear on the registration list so people can plan to meet you. If there is anyone or any specific company you would like to connect with, you just have to let us know. See who else  is coming (scroll past event information). Can’t make it? Sign up for a notification.

This event is in-person, face-to-face social networking. While there is a great deal of networking you can do online, there is nothing like shaking someone’s hand and giving them a business card they can walk away with. If you’re on a mission to make the connections you need to advance your business and career, you’ll find that you are in the right place. Bring a business card with you and the first beer is on us. We’ll do our best to prepare you for the event before you attend. We’ll even email you the day of the event a list of all of the people that are registered so that you can review it and pick out five people you’d like to connect with that night. We’ll also send you an email with an image of what your badge will look like. Before, during or after the event, if you find you need help meeting anyone you just have to let someone with Tech After Five know. We will find that person or company and we’ll do our best to connect you with them.

What are people saying about Tech After Five:

“Tech After Five has so much to offer anyone in the IT field, from Developers to Recruiters, to Project Managers, to Business Owners making it in my mind a “no brainer” to anyone in the industry. I’ve been attending the Tech After Five in Charlotte now for over 4 months and have met some of the most interesting people ranging from Java Developers, Project Managers, QA’s, and local business owners. This is not just a place where I go to recruit. The environment allows me to grow actual relationships, where I can learn more information on specific applications, job roles/responsibilities, and hone in my skills with people on a personal level that you just don’t get working a 9-5 everyday. Making Tech After Five even that more important to me. The staff always greets you with a warm welcome as you walk in and the free flowing room allows endless conversations, oh and did I mention the beer ;)? My hat goes off to all involved promoting and planning the event, as it is always done very well. I look forward to the next event and hope to see more faces and make more friends out there in the months to come.”         – Corey W.
